Where the date is on a Baby Trend seat
On a Baby Trend infant seat the date of manufacture sits on a label on the underside of the carrier, and again on the underside of the base. Baby Trend's FAQ gives the same spots for the model/date sticker: 'underneath the bottom of the carrier seat' for the seat and 'under the bottom of the base' for the base. The convertible and combination seats point at the shell instead — the Trooper 3-in-1 manual refers to 'the label on the bottom of the seat' and to 'the date on back of seat', the Cover Me 4-in-1 manual to 'the date on back seat', and the Hybrid 3-in-1 manual to 'the label on the bottom of the Seat Base'.
