Read your label against the formula
Find the date of manufacture on the seat's label, then add 6 years — the same month. As Britax applies it:
| Manufactured in | Reaches its stated life in |
|---|---|
| 2019 | 2025 (same month as your label) |
| 2020 | 2026 (same month as your label) |
| 2021 | 2027 (same month as your label) |
| 2022 | 2028 (same month as your label) |
| 2023 | 2029 (same month as your label) |
| 2024 | 2030 (same month as your label) |
| 2025 | 2031 (same month as your label) |
| 2026 | 2032 (same month as your label) |
Where the date is on this seat
Two labels. The base carries one on its underside. The carrier carries one too — the parts diagram names it (item 19) but gives no position wording for the carrier, so only the base position is stated by Britax. The warning bullet says: "See date of manufacture located on the infant car seat and base."
